Still unable to walk without pain

Our client sustained a debilitating back injury over 12mths ago. As it is a serious injury, they were lucky enough to be shortlisted for emergency surgery. Surgery (Stage 1) occurred recently but has given very little relief. Their partner is studying to increase their chances of financial security in the future as they raise their young boy. This however means that they are struggling NOW to put food on the table, pay bills (like heating) and buy the necessities.
