Building a life and fighting the trauma of fleeing a war torn country

A family of 5 have fled war, periodically trapped in refugee camps and taken under hostage. The family endured a lot of sexual violence, isolation, food deprivation, physical and emotional trauma.
They now reside in regional Australia and are trying to rebuild their lives. Once 2 of the children have very serious health conditions that are life limiting, as they were untreated for long periods of time, their circumstances are highly complex and require constant travel to and from major children's hospitals for treatment.... hospitals located some 6 hours drive away.
This family need alot of assistance to over come and manage their traumas, to learn the language, the navigate the hospital wards... and process the care their children need to remain stable and comfortable.
