41 years old refugee male with mental health issue and potential brain injury issues. He has rent arrests and overdue electricity bill which he has tried his best to negotiate for slow payment plan to contribute money. However, he only has $50 left in his bank account once every 2 weeks. He is planning to take his driving test in the new year but he has been really struggling on paying $67.15 for the QLD driving test. Would like to apply vouchers to relief some of his financial burden, helping him to save some cash to contribute the test fee.
