A female tenant, a single parent, is doing her best to provide a safe and nurturing home for the children while managing the daily demands of life. Living in public housing, she faces challenges in maintaining her property and garden to a healthy and comfortable standard. Limited time and resources make it difficult to address property standards keep the garden tidy, and ensure her home remains welcoming.
To help, a Housing Support Officer (HSO) and a dedicated caseworker are working closely with her. They aim to provide practical guidance, emotional support, and some hands-on assistance to improve property standards, manage household tasks, and access essential services.
While this professional guidance is invaluable, additional community support can make a meaningful difference. Donations of household items, cleaning supplies, garden tools, or groceries would help her maintain her property
