Families received home essentials after flooding destroyed home
GIVIT has been an amazing resource for the Kuranda community following Cyclone Jasper and flooding in 2023. There were several homes completely flooded resulting in community members losing everything. GIVIT supported Kuranda Neighbourhood Centre by donating essential items such as fridges and mattresses, cupboards and vacuum cleaners as well as kids toys and a new tablet for a business owner. These things made a massive difference for those that needed it.
