GIVIT
Older gentleman experiencing severe mental and physical health issues who is also experiencing financial hardship. Due to his physical health issues, he struggles to partake in regular support sessions and regular exercise. Although he has NDIS funding for support workers, funding does not cover the cost of activities. Getting participant out into the community to engage in activities would increase his social and community participation as well as his overall health and wellbeing.
