59 year old man has been recovering from the 2022 Flood event. His home was severely impacted by the flood and he lives on a low income. He is on the autism spectrum and lives with 3 other men who are also on the Autism spectrum. This unique situation allows all of them to live together with their diverse needs. With financial struggles after the flood and the disruption and trauma of the event and subsequent recovery the 59 yo man has been managing with a partially repaired refrigerator. It does not keep a steady temperature and food can tend to spoil. As the group live together they need a medium to large fridge but cannot afford to replace the one they have. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated. It would support their wellbeing and save on funds relating to spoiled food.
