First Nations Support
This young Aboriginal teenager is facing a number of complex challenges and is at a point in their life where timely support could make a significant difference. They have become involved with the justice system and are struggling with behaviours that place them at risk, including substance use and ongoing contact with police. Their home life is unstable, and they are navigating these issues while still trying to attend school and remain connected to community and re-engagement back to school.
The young person is also balancing multiple service involvements, which can be overwhelming without coordinated support. They would benefit greatly from consistent guidance, cultural connection, and help to stabilise their wellbeing. With the right support, they have a strong chance to re‑engage positively with school, community, and healthier pathways.
