Young Person is experiencing homelessness, financial hardship and desperately needs clothes

The young person is 16. During his formative years have experienced significant neglect, exposure to family violence and acute mental health episodes from his step father; his father also passed away. This led to the young person being taken into care by CPFS; where he experienced further emotional harm and exposure to antisocial behaviours. The young person was reunified with his mother in 2021, which has led to the young person experiencing homeless and accommodation instability. The young person no longer speaks to his mother and is residing with instable accommodation with peers. The young person is experiencing extreme financial hardship. He has requested new clothing as he only has two pairs of shorts, one shirt and a hoodie. We do not have funding for this so are hoping this can be donated. Due to minimal amount of clothes and having to sleep rough; this is also impacting his hygiene. The young person has consistently been let down from services.
