The client is motivated to improve her employability by completing Construction Induction training (commonly known as the White Card), which would enable her to access entry-level opportunities in the construction industry and help improve her family's financial situation.
Our primary goal is to support her by identifying an affordable White Card training course and assisting with any associated fees or related barriers.
