The young person was living in a share house and was happy to stay on in this property, however the housemate refused to renew the lease agreement and this left them homeless. The young person has just started a new casual job and has also recently commenced studying at university; housing instability puts both of these things at risk.
Thankfully, the young person has just secured housing but requires some assistance in getting set up with all the things required.
