Refugee family of 4 are currently struggling financially due to the rising cost of living. The father works as an Uber driver as the sole income earner in the family and the mother stays home looking after 2 young children. The family also receive parenting payment and this as well as the father's earnings are the only sources of income for the family. Some recent unexpected expenses such as fixing a broken window from a hail storm has also impacted the family's savings. The family is seeking financial support over the Christmas holiday period in the form of grocery and fuel vouchers, since the father relies on petrol for his job. The family is also asking for financial support to purchase Christmas gifts for the 2 children, aged 5 and 6 years old, as well as support to purchase school supplies for the coming year.
